The Hatcher Cole Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 38 relies on the generosity of individuals, local businesses, organizations and corporations to carry out our work of honoring and supporting the heroes of American law enforcement. The funds raised by our Foundation are used for member benefits and community projects across the county of Hanover. The Hatcher Cole Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 38 is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible for the donor.
